Overview of KMAT 2021
KMAT 2021 is a state level entrance examination. It is conducted by the Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies, KUFOS. It is conducted twice in a year. KMAT is a gateway to take admission in MBA courses, provided by various state and private institutes. KMAT qualified candidates will get admission in the best college of Kerala.
This entrance examination was held under the supervision of the Admission Supervisory Committee. KMAT 2021 [I Session] is supposed to be held in the first week of December, 2020 and II Session will be held in the month of July, 2021.

What is KMAT?
KMAT stands for Kerala Management Admission Test. This examination is held two times in a year. The aim of conducting this examination is to provide admission in best public and private colleges to the candidates seeking MBA courses. Various management colleges take KMAT scores into consideration for granting admission.
KMAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who wish to be a part of KMAT examination have to fulfil these eligibility criteria. Necessary requirements are mentioned below;
Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Age of the candidate: No age limit bar is set by the examination authority yet.
Qualification: Candidate must hold any bachelor degree from a recognized University. Candidates in their final semester are also eligible to take part in KMAT.
Minimum required marks: Candidates belonging to the general category must secure at least 50 percent marks and candidates of reserved category required minimum 40 percent marks.
KMAT 2021 Application Form
Application form of KMAT 2021, first session will be available from November, 2020. Filling an application is an online process. It is necessary to register yourself, in order to appear in the exams. Application form is a kind of document containing personal, education and other necessary details of the candidate.
Applicants have to visit the official website to fill-up the form. Once you register yourself, you will be provided by a user ID and password. You can use these credentials to login any time you want to check details or updates.
Candidates have to fill necessary details like, candidate’s name, mobile number, address, parent’s details, academic details, etc. After that you have to upload your passport size Photograph and signature. Fill the application form correctly because no correction window is provided by the authorities, once you submitted your applicant form.
After filling and uploading documents, you have to make pay application charges. You can use your debit card or credit card for making payment. Take a printout of the payment for future use.
KMAT 2021 Application Fees
Application fees are a compulsory amount to be paid by the applicant. It is the last step of filling the application form. Applicants can pay it through Debit card /Credit card / Net- banking or e-wallet. It is non-refundable in nature. Application fees vary according to category.

KMAT 2021 Examination Pattern
If you are preparing for any examination and you know the examination pattern, then it will be very helpful to score high marks. Therefore, we have mentioned the Exam pattern of KMAT 2021 for reference.
- Online or Offline mode: KMAT is a pen paper based entrance examination.
- Type of Questions: objective type questions will be asked in examination.
- Number of questions: There will be hundred and eighty questions will be asked in the examination.
- Preferred language: Question paper will be in English language.
- Examination Duration: Two hours and thirty minutes are provided to solve the question paper.
- Marking Scheme: for each correct answer four marks will be awarded.
- Minus marking or Negative marking: No Marks will be deducted for unattempted question, whereas one mark will be deducted for wrong answer.

KMAT 2021 Syllabus
There is no prescribed syllabus provided by the authorities. But from past year trends we have mentioned necessary topics that were probably asked in the examination.
Quantitative Aptitude: Number System, Pie Chart, time and work, Data Interpretation, Compound Interest, Simple Interest, basic arithmetic, Series, HCF, LCF, algebra, etc.
English language: Fill in the blanks, grammar, Vocabulary, Jumbled sentences, Synonyms, word meaning, antonyms, reading Comprehension, etc.
Data Sufficiency and logical Reasoning: Blood relation, pie chart, bar, table, Data Structure, coding and decoding, Line graphs, Arrangement, Statement, etc.
KMAT 2021 Admit Card
Admit card of KMAT will be released in the month of November, 2020. Candidates can download their admit card soon after registration ends. You can download it directly from the official website by entering your application number. Admit card contains the candidate’s name, test center, date and time of test, roll number, photograph and subjects.
Steps to Download Admit Card
- Go to the official website of KMAT i.e., kmatkerala.in.
- Login to the account by entering credentials.
- Press the button KMAT 2021 Admit Card.
- Download it, and take a printout.
KMAT Kerala 2021 Results
Results of Kerala 2021 will be announced by the authorities on the official website. Results of the first session will likely be released in the first week of January, 2021. Candidates can check their scores by entering their Application number and password. Candidates qualified with good scores are able to take admission in MBA/PGDM courses in Kerala. The Results is also available in PDF format.
KMAT Kerala 2021 Scorecard
Scorecards of the qualified candidates are available on the official website. Students seeking admission in top Business schools of Kerala can apply for Group Discussion and personal interview after downloading their respective Scorecard. This scorecard is valid for till 31st December, 2021. It is also a proof that you have qualified state-level entrance examination, and are eligible to take admission.
KMAT Kerala 2021 Cut-off
Cut-off marks are the minimum required marks that must be obtained by the candidates in the examination. In order to get admission, achieving a minimum cut-off is compulsory. Cut-off marks for admission differ according to category.
